Before this, Darren served as Jewelry Director of RainbowWave. Here at the London-based wholesale showroom, he was instrumental in curating and showcasing fine jewelry collections and in bringing them to an international luxury retail audience. His guidance and tailor-made strategies resulted in the growth and success of many renowned, small to medium-sized fine jewelry brands. New York-based DAVID UNICH is a sales industry expert with an impressive track record that includes working for some of New York's most prestigious luxury retailers. David honed his skills in high-end sales and customer relations at Dover Street Market and Barneys in New York. He further advanced his career by leading the jewelry sales team at RainbowWave, where he made a significant contribution to the showroom's international success as USA Jewelry Director. Most recently, he has operated independently, managing the fortunes and wholesale relationships of top international fine jewelry brands including Ileana Makri, Joanna Dahdah and LA-based Azlee. His unique ability to connect with retail clients and to close sales has underpinned his success. Specialising in face-to-face sales, David's expertise is fundamental to to his success.  His luxury retail track record combined with unparalleled skills and experience in personal sales interactions ensure that the showroom thrives and that enduring relationships with North American wholesale partners are built.
MIMI HOPPEN as worked in luxury fashion for 15 years, predominantly at Dover Street Market International. For the last 7 years she has led the global jewelry and Watch business for DSM, overseeing buying, brand development, special projects, events and international spaces. Previous to that she oversaw the luxury fashion brands as a key merchandiser and buyer within the business.  She has in addition worked in-house for Danish fine jeweller Sophie Bille Brahe as CEO.
FRANCESCA SIMONS, a London-born, NYC-based publicist, is known for her fast-paced, hands-on approach to fine jewelry PR. After working at major agencies from the age of 19, she launched her own boutique firm in 2016 to offer personalized attention and cultivate close client relationships. Francesca’s deep understanding of the industry, from press cycles to styling trends, has made her the go-to for designers seeking targeted exposure. She only represents brands she believes in, often brought in through word-of-mouth referrals. Her tailored strategies span social media, editorial, and special collaborations—always staying ahead of trends. Francesca’s recent foray into TV and film, including HBO’s The Undoing, marked a new milestone. Current clients include Anita Ko, Bea Bongiasca, Marie Lichtenberg, and Jacquie Aiche.
SONIA ESTHER SOLTANI is a jewelry content specialist and consultant. She was the editor-in-chief of Rapaport for seven years, leading the company’s print, digital, and social media presence and hosting the Jewelry Connoisseur podcast. She contributes to international publications such as the Financial Times, Forbes, GemGuide, Retail Jeweller, Only Natural Diamonds, and NouvelleBox Magazine. She has served as a judge for jewelry competitions, including the World Jewelry Design Awards (WADA), HRD Design Awards, and InStore Magazine. Alongside her work in jewelry, Sonia is a qualified life and career coach.
AILSA MILLER is a creative director, producer, stylist, and founder of DISCO, the creative partner for the luxury sector. After 11 years in the magazine industry as Tatler’s Shopping Editor and Stylist’s Fashion Editor, Ailsa harnessed her network of London’s best photographers, stylists, writers and designers into a flexible team creating unparalleled imagery for brands. DISCO handles 360* production for all elements of content - campaign, films, social media strategy, e-commerce photography, CGI and much more. DISCO’s clients include Faberge, Cartier, and Jessica McCormack.
NADA GHAZAL earned her Graphic Design degree from the Lebanese American University before moving to Dubai to work at a multinational advertising agency. After a decade of success and global awards, she followed her dream to create jewelry that resonates emotionally and stands the test of time. In 2003, she launched her first collection of 25 handcrafted 18k gold and gemstone pieces - sold out in 3 days. She soon opened her own boutique in Beirut. Today, Nada’s brand is internationally acclaimed and stocked in cities like London, New York, Paris, and Dubai, with multiple awards to her name.
MICA JANIV specialises in Sustainable Business, Ethical Marketing and helping companies achieve B Corp certification. Her mission is to educate, inspire, advise, partner and communicate on how businesses of all sizes can reshape their systems, shift into circularity, and safeguard our planet. Mica’s sustainability journey began 25+ years ago in the fashion industry and she remains an active campaigner and advocate for a fair, sustainable, equitable fashion sector where design, craftsmanship and creative thinking lead the way.  She holds a certification in Circular Economy & Sustainability from Cambridge Judge Business School and is a regular guest lecturer at Sussex University. 
With 28 years of experience in the jewelry industry, SCOTT WILSON spent the first half collaborating on a wide range of catwalk projects with renowned designers such as Thierry Mugler, Hussein Chalayan, Burberry, and 3.1 Phillip Lim, contributing to over 90 collaborations to date. Alongside these creative partnerships, Wilson successfully ran his own jewelry business, supplying boutiques and department stores like Barneys Japan, Liberty London, Harrods, Colette Paris, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Wilson’s passion for collaboration has also led him to strategically consult for small to medium-sized jewelry brands, advising on various aspects, including research and brand analysis, collection range planning, creative and design direction, display design, and overall mentoring.
